"You will not regret your stay here! Our hosts were beyond accommodating with the various questions we had about random things during our stay! The location was a lovely and quiet neighborhood and there was plenty of space for our group of 8! We had all we needed to tuck in for the week and make it a home away from home. Close driving proximity to many beaches and sights. Pool and lanai were beautiful and had lots of space for our group to enjoy al fresco meals. The main bedroom and bath are so relaxing and well appointed. This stay was a great retreat with each in our group having a nice private area when desired.

Our vacation retreat is located in the heart of historic Plantation, FL. You will enjoy the serene ambiance of this sought after neighborhood away from the noise of bustling downtown.
You are minutes away by car from the stunning Jacaranda Golf Club and Plantation Heritage Park. Fort Lauderdale Country Club is within a few miles. It requires a membership. If you are an avid golfer, you can get a seasonal membership.
There are plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance. We recommend TAP 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar. You will enjoy a great selection of delicious items from their Pan-American and Asian fusion menu. Craft cocktails are excellent. If your stay happens during the week, the happy hour is not to be missed!
Other dining selections such as Bonefish Grill and J. Alexander's are also within close driving proximity.
Pompano beach and Hollywood beach are within a reasonable distance. Make sure to pack enough towels and other beach amenities, as it will not be too close to go back and forth as needed.
If you do not want to drive, take a nice walk in the shade of a hundred year old trees in the neighborhood.

No smoking inside the house of any kind.
Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 7 am. We ask you to please be mindful and courteous to our neighbors during your stay.
Security deposit in the amount may be requested upon check-in via the Airbnb resolution center and released at the check-out date. Additional charges will be withheld from the security deposit if deep cleaning will be required after check out and in the case of any damages at the property.
House Rules
We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.
Children are welcome here! however - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.
1. Check-in /Check-Out:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise approved by your host. All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked.
Check out process: When you check out, please make sure all doors are locked and secured, and that the house looks reasonably neat- like the way it was found. We do not expect you to scrub it clean it but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
2. Swimming Pool/Jacuzzi:
Please do not use glass in the pool area, all necessary plastic utensils can be found inside kitchen cabinets.
Weekly pool cleaning is performed by an independent service any time between Tuesdays and Thursdays without notice. Pool cleaners enter the property through side gates, all service providers will respect your privacy while delivering professional service.
Swim at your own risk while utilizing the swimming pool and pool area. You will assume all responsibility for the safety of yourself and minors.
3. Parties or Events:
We do not allow parties, loud gatherings, or events of any sort to be held on the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the pool area. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level. NO BIG EVENTS OR PARTIES! Please be sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit and or payment and immediate vacation of the property.
4. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated due to city ordinances. This can result in hefty city fines for which guests will be responsible.
5. Unauthorized Guests: We do not mind if you have a few guests over for a visit during daytime hours however please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental.
6. Attention:
Welcome to our renovated home! Please note that some areas have small steps within the same room. We encourage you to watch your step to ensure a safe visit. Enjoy your stay!
7. Security:
The property is equipped with security cameras capable of recording and sending video, audio or still images. Such devices are located on the exterior of the property for security reasons. It is prohibited to install recording devices in the interior of a rental property.
8. Pets:
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow pets of any sort.
9. Smoking:
There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio or outside of the home. Please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass.
10. Trash:
All trash are to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting trash inside.
11. A/C system:
Please keep levels of a/c at appropriate temperatures. Keep doors and windows closed while in operation as humidity accumulation can cause freezing of units and disfunction.
12. Fireworks and confetti:
Absolutely no use of fireworks and confetti anywhere on the property.
13. Home Use:
Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc, shall cause termination of the agreement with no refund of rents or Deposits.
14. BBQ Grill:
**If you plan to use BBQ - please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please contact your host. This is to ensure your safety.**
15. No daily Maid Service:
While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. It is available at an additional rate. We provide starters for toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent.
16. Parking:
You must park your vehicle in the driveway in front of the house, and kept off the grass or anyone else's property. Do not park anywhere but in a designated area.
17. Repairs and maintenance:
The host is not responsible for any occurrences over which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences may be but are not limited to weather conditions, power outages, adverse weather or road conditions, or breakage of non-essential appliances.
*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible The furniture is new. Please enjoy it but treat it as you would your own. We truly love it and want it around for a while!
18. Broken items:
If for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let us know immediately. We understand that accidents happen, but in order for us to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, we will need to know that it is broken, and we appreciate your honesty.
19. Security Deposit:
A security deposit may be requested to reserve the house. You will be required to submit payment via the Airbnb resolution center within 48 hrs before check-in. The deposit will be refunded in the same manner paid only if no house rules were violated.
20. Other:
Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
**Locking Up:** Remember to lock up all doors and patio doors when you leave and at night. This is for your safety! Although our rental is in a safe neighborhood, we take security very seriously.
**Toilets:** Part of being in Florida is understanding the sensitive nature of plumbing in a tropical environment. Pipes can clog easily and lots of homes are on septic systems PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH PAPER TOWELS, TAMPONS, WIPES OF ANY SORT (NOT EVEN “FLUSHABLE” ONES), SANITARY NAPKINS, OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER.
**Dishes:** Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes.. You will find dishwasher capsules under the kitchen sink. Please run the dishwasher during your stay if needed. Please do not put plastic dishes in the dishwasher as they will melt in the heat.
**Outback:** Please do not rearrange patio furniture.
Our house rules are to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in our rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay.
